We host ZEN for you on our server
Selecting this option allows you to use ZEN anywhere with an internet connection. All that is required is a current web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. You do not have to worry about installation or server centre issues, and you also have unlimited MB of memory in our hosting facility. That means you can store as much data as needed without incurring additional costs for disk space.

Server Location and Information
Our servers are located at Web Drive in New Zealand. Web Drive guarantees 99.9% network availability and ensures a fast, reliable and secure connection. In the event of a hardware failure, Web Drive ensures a reconnection time of less than 15 minutes from the time of the fault. ADD SECURITY and technicians are available 24/7 for emergency support.
Customer Support
Support for ZEN is provided either through our site's support request system 24/7/365 or over the phone from 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri based on GMT +12 hours. We strongly believe all inquires are important and therefore aim to respond within the same business day.
Hosting Availability
We have taken every step in order to ensure your solution is available 99.9% of the time. In the event of an unforeseen issue, we will respond immediately to reactivate account and server access. Beagle Software Ltd. does not accept any liability for loss of data.
Accessing ZEN Code
We Host ZEN accounts can not access the ZEN code. This provides protection against any issues concerning performance, security and server integrity. If you have any questions regarding the ZEN code, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Code and Data Ownership
The ZEN code is retained by Beagle Software Ltd. All data entered and stored is solely owned by the customer, is permanently archived and is available upon request. Downloadable code is available for customers interested in using ZEN in their own server environment. Please refer to You Host ZEN for more information.
Payment Structure and Refunds
The We Host ZEN accounts should be paid in full no more than 14 days from the date on the invoice. Payments not made by 30 days will result in account suspension or cancellation. ZEN is based on 1 month term contracts, unless arranged otherwise. If necessary, refunds are arranged on an individual basis. Please contact us regarding such matters.
Updates and Upgrades
We Host ZEN customers receive all major and minor updates as well as upgrades to the next major version. Updates and upgrades are performed periodically and notification of any update or upgrade is released in advance for customer's confirmation.
Pricing Policy
We are continually searching for ways to pass on pricing benefits and we advocate a "fair and reasonable" market rate. Though an increase in price is unlikely, we do reserve the right to increase prices if necessary. Notice of any price changes will be provided in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an account can be done at any time; however, the customer is required to pay to end of the current invoiced period. All data stored in ZEN is archived and readily available to customer only.
Privacy Policy
Privacy of customers' information is ensured at all times. All information entered and stored is that of the customers and will not be distributed to third parties. We reserve the right to access the information for maintenance issues such as troubleshooting.
Data Backup
Backup of data is the customer's responsibility and Beagle Software Inc. does not accept any liability for loss of data. We retain responsibility for frequent backups to ZEN and the server itself. Web Drive backs up the server network daily.
