Zen's code is now open source. Snapshots are available at snaps.getzennow.org.
Documentation, server requirements and installation instructions are available on the ZEN Wiki.
We offer a hosted ZEN install with full support, see hosted pricing.
The downloadable code is identical to the hosted version.
If required, we can provide support for installation at our hourly rate of NZ$140, or can perform the install for you at a flat fee of NZ$500 - contact us for more information.

Paid support for ZEN is available by phone or email from 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri based on GMT +12 hours. We believe all inquires are important and therefore aim to respond within the same business day. Our support rate is NZ$140/hour.
Updates and Upgrades
Hosted ZEN customers receive all major and minor updates as well as upgrades to the next major version. Customers are responsible for the installation of all updates and upgrades. If your ZEN solution is available over the internet, we may be able to provide automatic updates. Please contact us for details. Updates and upgrades are performed periodically and notification of any update or upgrade is released in advance.
